Research into German Consumer attitudes and self reported behaviour.  It reports a significant group of consumers prepared to pay more for meat produced with better animal conditions and also support for better pay for farmers.  Also includes data on meat consumption frequency, attitudes to nutrition, nutrition labelling, and other government interventions such as 'sin' taxes.
