Heartened to see the Scottish Government legislative plans for 2018 were big on low carbon with some fairly punchy plans around banning fossil fuel cars. I am wondering whether the growing moves to scrap diesel cars following the emissions scandal and now this start to look like a potential area of high change potential that might be interesting to explore.
