Signal of change / UK installs first "Seabin" to clean polluted waters

Installed in Portsmouth Harbour, the seabin aims to collect polution of all sizes and is even able to collect oil from water. The founders behind the idea claim that each sea bin can remove half a ton of debris every year, the equivelant of collecting about 20,000 bottles, or 83,000 plastic bags.
