There's a recent flurry of media interest in flying cars, but with zero reference to climate change, resource scarcity or the root causes of congestion. Aston Martin's former chairman, David Richards, has just invested in Slovakian AeroMobil, now taking orders for 2018 delivery of its £850k flying car. 'I told my wife, "I'm going to have one and park it outside our home in Knightsbridge and fly it to the office or down to Cornwall."'
