ANOTHER largest marine protected area: The most wonderful kind of one-upmanship.

There genuinely seems to be a competition between the countries of the world at the moment to declare the largest protected area in the ocean. No sooner than the Ross Sea MPA was declared, The Philippines has declared a huge new one of their own. May the one-upmanship continue!
