Coal centric American city St. Louis votes to get all electricity from solar, wind

St Louis, Missouri became the latest American city to set a goal of producing all of its energy from zero-carbon sources by 2035. A unanimous vote by the Board of Aldermen passed legislation to this effect and a group of various stakeholders including workers, environmentalists, business people, representatives from utility companies and lawmakers will draw up a plan to reach this goal.
