Gojek commits to shift completely to electric vehicles by 2030

Indonesian ride-hailing and payments giant Gojek plans to make every car and motorcycle on its platform into an electric vehicle (EV) by 2030. Gojek’s CEO Kevin Aluwi says it will do this by entering into manufacturing and leasing agreements.

This is bold given the current state of EV infrastructure in Indonesia, and should help accelerate adoption of EVs.
