The Port of Rotterdam Authority has called for the formation of a coalition between the Dutch Government and countries in the North-West of Europe, in order to introduce a higher CO2 price.
Alongside this, the Port also announced the introduction of a EUR 5 million incentive, which will be used to support vessel owners that experiment with low-carbon or zero-carbon fuels.
