Sainsbury’s, UK’s second largest retailer, is partnering with Oxford University scientists to rearrange supermarket aisles in order to nudge consumers into purchasing more vegetables and less meat. The chain also plans to give out vouchers to customers who buy vegetarian products, and to display vegetarian meal options next to meats.
