After selling its remaining conventional energy generation business to power company Drax, Scottish Power will become the first major energy provider in the UK to supply 100% wind energy.  The firm plans a further £5.2 billion investment in renewables over the coming four years, doubling its capacity.  Scottish Power’s parent company, Spanish utility Iberdola, is targeting 2050 to be carbon neutral.
