Tesco suppliers to publish food waste data

21 September 2017 by Elizabeth Slow Tesco has announced ‘ground-breaking’ partnerships with suppliers, which will involve the publication of food waste data throughout the supply chain. The retailer has announced partnership agreements with 24 of its largest food suppliers who will adopt the Sustainable Development Goal to halve food waste by 2030.
